Research & Development - Bighead
Through my Research & Development project, I wanted to begin exploring and experimenting with the style and type of animation that I would later use in my Major Project, SHADY. During this process, I also learned how to use Blender from scratch, which I used for the rendering and 2D animation portions of the film.
The 3D animation was created using a pre-existing rig in Autodesk Maya and later ported into Blender, where I used the Grease Pencil tool to create the 2D elements.
